Your receipt is sent to your email address provided at checkout. Our macarons do not arrive with a receipt. Don’t worry, if you’ve placed a gift order, our macarons do not arrive with a receipt.
If you need an additional copy of your invoice, send us an email email@example.com and we’ll get that over to you.
Orders can be placed online – Available 24 hours a day. Our shopping cart is secure and easy to use! All orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next day business day.
Gift boxes are available the next business day when received by 12 pm PST unless otherwise specified. Macaron towers and large orders are available in 5 business days. Lead-time varies during our busy holiday season. Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

You have 2 options:
1. Place one order for each address you want the macarons to be delivered to within the delivery zone.
2. Email us at email@example.com with your order and a list of the delivery addresses and we’ll send you an invoice.
Yes, all orders are treated as a gift. Bijoux Macarons are packed in our beautiful gift box with ribbon and gift bag.
Our macarons are handmade, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. We are unable to accommodate requests to modify orders after 2 hours have passed since the order was placed.
For preorders, macarons can be modified 3 days in advance of pickup or delivery.
For requests, promptly give us a call at 323.607.3450 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.
Deposits are non-refundable. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make sure you are happy with your order.
